This order comes from a Russian new customer developed by Ehong in May, The order pertains to U-type steel sheet piles (SY390) with an initial inquiry for 158 tons. We promptly provided a comprehensive quotation, including delivery timelines, shipping options, and additional supply solutions, accompanied by product images and shipping documentation. Following the receipt of our quotation, the customer indicated a strong interest in collaboration and promptly confirmed the order. Subsequently, our business manager engaged with the client to clarify specific details and requirements of the order. Additionally, as the customer gained further insight into Ehong's offerings, they proceeded to place another order for 211 tons of steel sheet piling products in August.
