Subsequently, we provided detailed product information to the new customer while maintaining ongoing communication to gradually build preliminary trust.

The customer required I-beam products in acceptable sizes, which our factory had readily available, culminating in the successful signing of an order! This marked Lucky's first order as Ehong's new saleswoman.
