1.Q:Where is your factory and which port do you export?
A: Our factories most located in Tianjin,China. The nearest Port is Xingang Port(Tianjin)
2.Q:What's your MOQ?
A:Commonly our MOQ is one container, But different for some goods, pls contact us for detail.
3.Q: What is your payment term?
A: Payment:T/T 30% as deposit,the balance against the copy of B/L. Or Irrevocable L/C at sight
4.Q. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers need pay the courier cost. And all the sample cost
will be refunded after you place the order.
5.Q. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we would the goods test before delivery.
6.Q:All costs will be clear?
A: Our quotations are straight forward and easy to understand.Won't cause any extra cost.
7.Q: How long warranty does your company can provided for fence product?
A: Our product can last for 10 years at least. Usually we will provide 5-10 years guarantee.
* Before the order to be confirmed,we would check the material by sample,which should be strictly the same as mass production.
* We will trace the different phase of production from the beginning
* Every product quality checked before packing
* Clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality before delivery.We will try our best to help clients
